Following in the footsteps of shops, wagons and sacred areas, we will understand how daily life took place in the shadow of Vesuvius. Through the ruins of theaters, thermal baths and administrative buildings we will relive the history of one of the most important archaeological sites in the world! Itinerary. We will visit in detail the most important public buildings: the Theater area, a Sacred area, the public baths, the Forum (main square) and all its surroundings. You will get an introduction to Roman daily life by visiting shops and houses. Stately homes and villas were enriched with furnishings of excellent workmanship, mosaics, paintings and small sculptures in bronze or marble: in particular the decorative elements of which I am an expert will be illustrated.
